How do I wash my product ?

Although the label says 'Dry Clean " but other options are also provided on the label so it is also advisable to wash your shawls/stole on your own . You can do this by washing by hand and If you do it by hand you should use either a mild shampoo (remember its the goats hair or fine silk !!) or a mild fabric conditioner. Let it soak in lukewarm water in the tub, and rub gently on the dirty areas, then rinse with cold water.
Dont squeeze the water out as it will loose its nice shape, you can take the water of it by rolling it in a towl.
Finally let it dry flat on a piece of cloth or a towel, this will keep it in a good condition.
Never use a high temperature, tumble dry it or iron it on a high temperature - this will definitely ruin your pashmina , silk or wool product
Tips:
Dry-cleaning pashmina is also a viable option. However, as pashmina is a delicate fiber, excess chemical treatments may shorten your sweater's life.
Warnings:
Wringing out your shawls/stole/scarf may pull it out of shape.
Sunlight can fade your products and other heat sources may wear fibers prematurely. It's better to let your sweater dry naturally indoors, away from sunny windows and heat vents.

What different types of pashmina do you sell? What is the best?

The best selling pashminas are those that are a blend of 70% pashmina wool, and 30% silk. The silk is added for strength. It also adds a bit of weight and a shimmer, so the shawl hangs very nicely.
Personally, and being a practical male, I prefer the 100% pure pashmina shawls. They are softer, lighter and warmer, although they don't shimmer, or hang as well but You'd be amazed how quickly you warm up with one of these around your neck or shoulders !

Can I buy cheaper anywhere else?

You may be able to get a really cheap shawl, if you buy one that is actually made from very low quality and usually brushed to give it a soft feel ! They look all right for a month or so, but aren't warm and won't last long like a pashmina or a pure wool ! so be suspicious about the fluffy pashminas

What about size?

An official full size shawl is traditionally 40 “ x 80 " ( 100cms x 200 c ms ) and stole is 28” x 80” ( 70cms x 200cms) All shawls stretch and shrink in the dyeing process, so you may get a shawl that's an inch bigger or smaller.......... Plus other sizes are also available in some styles

What about guarantee of our products ?

We like happy customers. So If you don't like your shawl for any reason, just send it back and you can choose to have a refund or a replacement.
The only time we will have a problem is if for example, you send it back and it stinks of cigarette smoke. If it's creased or folded differently its fine. I mean, how do you know if you like it if you don't try it ? But please don't damage it before sending it back.
All you have to pay is for the shipping cost and we will replace it or refund you money

What do I do if I can't get your on-line shop to work?

Just phone us (0091-98151-20020) or e-mail us. We need to know what's wrong or we can't fix it. We can always take an order over the phone and it's always nice to talk about colour!

How come the Color no. show in the color chart but not in the index?

Although we keep updating our stock every now and then chances are that a particular color is not in production or out of stock for some time so it does not show in the index till the time it is not back in production ..
