RETURN POLICY

Our no hassle returns policy takes the risk out of buying online.
You can return something up to 30 days from the date we dispatch your order.

As long as you haven't spent a week in the pub wearing your product , decide you don't want it, and send it back stinking of smoke or PERFUME, we are happy to take your purchase back and exchange it for another one, or refund you immediately.

JUST TO REPEAT, IF SOMETHING IS RETURNED SMELLING OF PERFUME OR SMOKE WE WILL SEND IT STRAIGHT BACK TO YOU.

It's not a problem. Unhappy customers will not recommend us, so we like to keep you happy. To return a shawl, just contact us first on our email address ,along with the problem and then we will guide you how to go about it or just send it back straight to the address below being sure to INCLUDE YOUR TRANSACTION ID (or a copy of the paperwork you received) and CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS FOR US.

We would strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery, or any other trackable service, as we can not be responsible if the return doesn't reach us.

As soon as it arrives your card will be refunded, or a different colour will be dispatched. whatever you want... All You have to bear is the shipping cost for both the sides …… Easy!

If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, please do not send a cheque, you can either pay the difference using the verisign or send us the Demand draft for the the difference
